Joni Frei - Coaching Philosophy
- To facilitate an environment in which athletes can become champions in the game of life far beyond the parameters of the white lines. “Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does…” –Nelson Mandela
- Facilitate a culture of personal growth and achievement. “People believe…their talents and abilities can be developed through passion, education, and persistence. For them…it’s about a commitment to learning – taking informed risks and learning from the results, surrounding yourself with people who will challenge you to grow, looking frankly at your deficiencies and seeking to remedy them.” – Carol Dweck.
- Transformational & Participative Leadership Style
- Growth mindset
